Direct die cooling suggestions needed

I am thinking of cooling my tbird 1133 using the square pvc cap method. I was thinking of using high temp silicone gasket maker to seal it to the chip. Would I just smear some of the silicone on all the bridges and resistors as well? Anybody have any experience with this. I have seen it on the celeron socket 7 cpus, but those have a bigger die and was just wondering if the same thing had been done to the smaller athlon tbirds.
