I read on the forum once that if you disable sideband addressing on your agp video card you will get better performance. Does anyone know how to disable it?

First you want to make sure that it's even enabled because with several cards I've seen, it has been disabled by default. Download CPUID and check to make sure. If it is, tell me what video card you're using and I can tell you how to disable it...

It is enabled. I'm using powersrtip and it says that it is enabled. Also sis sandra says the same thing.
My video card is the radeon 7000 64 mb ddr agp.
Would disabling it give better performance?
