Do I Have enough power??

I bought a full tower case a few days ago and it came with a generic brand 400 watt PSU my question is does it have enough power to run all of the following things....

P4 1.6 GHz on an asus p4t-e mobo
Swiftech MCX 478 (4 pin connector)
cdrom (4 pin connector)
cdrw (4 pin connector)
A drive
1 western digi 40Gig 7200rpm HD (4 pin connector)
thermaltake blueorb for my geforce card (4 pin connector)
a globalwin 120MM pci/agp cooler fan (4 pin connector)

as it stands i need to add a 4 pin splitter once my swiftech arrives, is this psu gonna handle all this stuff cause most of it like the fans are low power consumption right?

you should have no problems...I many more fans, a neon light , and EL cable running of my Antec 400W PSU....i think a decent generic PSU should be able to handle that

I'll second Jeniva, you should be fine. I'm basically running the same thing here on a 300w unit with no problems at all.
