I spoke with Chip Ekert over three weeks and he said he was putting a water cooling system together to send me. He had a Pay Pal Request sent within the hour. That was three weeks ago. I never received the cooling system. When he finally replied to my numerous ICQ and Emails he said that there was problems with his equipment. He is terrible at returning phone calls of E-mail and his service is the worst I have ever experienced when buying over the net. The other site he sells, but does not deliver this equipment through is CaseEtc.com
