Yep but you might want to save some money and buy Crucial PC133 CAS2. It will clock close to the PC150.

There is no PC150 standard, One way of looking at it is a PC133 sdram with a much higher speed.

I ordered a stick of the new 256MB Corsair pc150 sdram cas 2 for $108. Pretest at 150MHz and higher not like crucial, no guarantees.
