Do you need +5V load on the second PSU when you are dual PSUing

Do you need a load on the +5V on the second PSU to have the +12v run at max capacity when you are running Dual PSU?

Some do, some don't. You prolly need to check your 12 volt line across the wires of a running fan or something to find out.

If you use a big resistor for the load, place it on the psu where it'll be fan cooled, cause that sucker gets hot.
