Does a P3125 SeccII heatsink fit a P3B-F?

I find the edge of this humongous Alpha heatsink touches the SDRAM in the first DIMM slot, but just barely. I have to slide the SeccII CPU/heatsink in an at angle to the SeccII slot. I'm not sure it is seating properly. Is this OK?
