Does anyone use/still use the BlurBusters lightboost hack?

Gotta say, i really like the lightboost hack. It seems to work on windows 10 as well for my asus 144hz monitor. I set it to 120hz though. Sometimes i forget to turn it on though (if it isnt already on). Is this still viable/useful and does anyone still use it? Any thoughts on it? Thanks all.

Not that particular hack but I do have hacked firmware running on my Seiki to pulse the backlight at 120Hz. It does seem to reduce motion blur in games and fast paced video but does lower the brightness quite a bit.
