Does Asus ROG Strix B450 - I motherboard allow for flashing BIOS without CPU?

Do any of the bios features of this motherboard allow you to upgrade the BIOS without CPU?

It has these two features ASUS EZ Flash 3 and CrashFree BIOS 3

EZ Flash instructions say you can flash the bios with a USB stick or using the internet, but the instructions don't say whether a CPU and/or RAM is required to be present.

No because it doesn't have the USB BIOS Flashback port with Flashback button next to it on the rear I/O panel.
