Does MBM5 read high?

I've got MBM5 as my main temp and voltage reader on my pc, but when i check my overclock MHz i use WCPUID because it seems more accurate. But there seems to be about a 3MHz differnce between the two. Obviously im gonna go by the higher MBM5 value but why are the readings different???

Anyone else get this?

I dont know but I would assume that it is due to how the two programs round off digits.
