Does Nforce2 give unlock capabilities with >2400+ processors ?

Been reading up on some KT400s like Abit and Epox that automatically unlock the cpu but will this work for these new mobos aswell ?

Is it my imagine but has Asus removed the 4 holes next to the cpu aswell ? There goes my hopes for porting my waterblocks across
