Does the AX-7 blow down on heatsink or away?

Like i mean, when you put the fan on the heatsink, should it be set to exhaust, like the alpha and swiftech 80mm hs, or intake, like a 60 mm heatsink? I am thinkin of making a video editing computer and using these heatsinks on it.

Exactly should be blowing down... If you look at the design, it takes the air blowing down and spreads it to the sides for the most efficeint cooling... Great design...

That was lame Most heatsinks are designed to have the air BLOWN onto them.
