Yes, but a single one can work well too --here-- I found this one looking around for a pelt supply.
Nice find on the bridge rectifier, I could only find a 35Amp one for $4.80.

You should get a large capacitor to add to it too, the bridge will not remove all the voltage ripple, a cap will reduce it greatly. I don't know if it's 100% necessary though for a TEC.
