Does This thermalengine w/ this fan look good?

Hey i was just thinking about buying a thermoengine
dose this one look good?

i heard that the delta fan is better but this one only has 35.7dBA
and has a mighty 34.3CFM so it wont be so noisy and it would have a good fan
but i cannot find anyreview on this model
so post any commets
