my CPU is 46C right now and my room is pretty cold......my case is 33C.......i got 1 Sunon intake fan (not sure what cfm probably liek 35) , 1 delta 812SHE (not sure what cfm) next to cpu (back exhaust) and one all the way opn top back (same sunon) . I don't understand why my case/cpu is soo hot...my house is pretty cold, probably like 71F right now in my room....maybe less At night when its real cold i get 40C cpu and 30C case.

any help?

how is the airflow in your case?
Your case temps are High, and that will cause your CPU temps to stay high.

Maybe you should check it to see if the cpu is getting good contact with the CPU.

my tbird 1.4 had those same temps. My motherboard was at Auto for voltage. Mobo moniter was at 1.89 voltage. I lowered it now im okay. Also, I had to remove some goo from the processor left from the previous hsf. this lowered another two degrees. Now my cpu is at 42 idle with 40 CFM goin out the top and 400 CFM coming in the front.

Add the 120mm right over the CPU Fan, it will create an air duct so the CPU fan will be sucking in that cool air in the house.

Should help plenty.

what kind of 120MM fan do you guys recommend that pushes a decent amount of CFM and low noise....that won't be any louder than my delta

by the way on MBM5 (i have epox 8kha+) i have 3 different sensors....1 is 25C 2nd is 33C and 3rd is 46C can anyone tell me what the first one is?

I recommend a 120mm Panaflo. I just got one I'm using as a hsf. It's the low speed model, 120mm, pushing 69CFM at 30dbA. I'm sure the medium and high speed models are good too if your concerned about the fan's air flow to noise ratio. However, there are cheaper ones out there. I paid $20.00 including shipping.

I agree, it sounds like airflow is the source of your problem. Take the cover off add some fans, something to get better airflow. I would recomend a fan around 120 mm and with either a 12 volt or 110 volt porer source. If you want better airflow with a smaller fan, go with 110 volt. There is more "kick" with the added voltage.

It depends on how much room in your case. You may have to go with a 25mm thick 120mm fan, but a Panaflo should work if it's kept in the CPU area. Your temps aren't bad. If they were 45C and up, even over 50C, then it'd be something to worry about. But with your heatsink setup it is too high. Retry mounting the sink and check the thermal compound maybe. I think just better case airflow with a side fan should do it.
