ID Soft is unhappy that their software was leaked. OCForums is unhappy that it continues to be discussed after it has been listed as an unwelcome topic.

as far as i understand the situation

Technically speaking the leaked version is warez, coz it was distributed with no prior company knoweldge or will.

Discussing Doom ]|[ would be alright (or should be alteast)

BUT

Discussing or reference to anything related to leaked alpha (screenies,fps,impressions,links,theories etc) is a big no no

am i wrong here if i am please correct me

Not to be an *** in all but what is the point of this thread? Post like these have been made many times in the Doom 3 threads...this is just another thread to take up space about doom 3.
