Hi all
I have a soyo KT600 dragon plus V1.0 MB with a AMD Athlon Xp 2500+ Ultra 256m PC 2700 ram 333mz
I was looking at my bios setting and I come across this one and not sure if its set right.
The current Dram frequency is set at 133mz
just below that I have Dram clock that I can change the setting on there are 3 to pick from. byspd,133mz,166mz,200mz.
With my ram I was thinking that its set wrong that it should be set to byspd or 166mz for my Pc 2700 333mz ram. I'm not sure if I'm thinking right on this can any one gave me more input on this setting and if it is set wrong will my system run any faster if i change it to the right setting.
thank you

For PC2700 the setting should be 166MHz. You could try setting it to 200 and see if it is stable though. You will notice a small increase in performance.
