I'm building an Athlon 1.4ghz. What's the shortest/narrowest ATX case that has room on the rear panel to blow two 92mm fan holes, vertically in line? I need only 3 x 5.25 external, 2 x 3.5 internal and 2 x 3.5 external. Also, I don't want any side/top mounted fans. I know about the Liteon, but that's one huge case. I was thinking in terms of 19" high, 8" wide.

Also, if a 92mm fan has a dba of 30, what's the effective dba of two such fans?

I dont know about the case, but if my memory serves me correctly if you add two 30dba fans the total noise should be 33dba. The reason for this is that the dba measurement works on a log scale. WHich is sort of how human hearing works as well.

Thanks for the info on the dba issue. That's what I remember hearing as well.
