If I'm wanting to run dual channel 512's on this DFI nForce4 Ultra board, would I put the two ram sticks next to each other (Orange + Yellow Slots), or would I have to put them in each respective color (Orange + Orange ; Yellow + Yellow)?

Just did a bit of googling, looks like channels go by color. Plug em in and find out, It'll say dual channel enabled when your comp is booting.

Found this too
One consensus about DFI LANParty NF4 motherboards is that certain memory runs better in certain slots. Low latency memory (like modules based on BH6/5/UTT) tends to perform slightly better in the yellow slots while Samsung TCCD based DIMMs like the orange slots. Another thing to consider is place the weaker overclocking DIMM in the slot closest to the processor while keeping the colour information in mind.
