Dual GPU vid-cards and PhysX (i.e. 690's, Titan Z's, Asus Mars II's)

Yes.

Why one would want to dedicate anything to PhysX these days is a completely different question though. Modern cards (thinking last couple of generations) handle it just fine. Leave it on auto.
