Dualcores in laptops?

yup...goto alienware. looks like they have a design that puts desktop cpus into their notebooks. havent seen anyone else mention this yet

First ting that hit my mind was "crap poor battery life". Don't know how they'll pull it off, because to me the entire principle of a notebook is long battery life. To me a macine with a dual core and probably equally as high parts would just eat it up.

Actually AMD is working on a Dual Core Turion, which will be designed to only draw up to 35W. That is compared to Intel's Yonah, which will draw more than 40 or even 50W
