I have my duct installed... My question is, what is the best way to position the end in regards to the HSF? Should it have a larger opening than the size of the HSF? Should it cover the HSF (wrap around it)? Should it just blow the air into the center of the HFS? How far away from it should it be? Sucking or blowing?

OK, so thats more than one question :D

I'd give it a few mm clearance above the heatsink, and let the aperture be a little wider than the hsf unit. This will provide better secondary cooling to the whole socket area and removing the side panel will be easy... ie no complications.

Dont have to worry about that last one... The duct is coming from the back of the case.

I wish I had a digital camera so I could post pics to clarify myself :(
