IF you have a spindal of CD-Rs you may want to consider using the cover as a duct. Especialy if you have one off of a 100cd spindal.

I just made a Duct today for mine used cardboard made it the exact size of the 80mm Sunon fan i had laying around, the end of the duct actually rests on the CPU Heatsink fan and just an 80mm fan ducted dropped my temps 6 degrees

I know I've posted this pic millions of times, and most of you have seen it, but it's an idea... I'm sure you could come up with a 120mm version. Plexi is fairly easy to work with, and looks nice when your finished.

Like Doc_T said, Try it with cardboard and duct tape first... There is a reason it's called 'Duct' Tape:D
