I have a 600mhz Duron @900mhz STABLE! It's 9x100 and 1.80v. The problem is it will boot into Windows 98 just fine even up to 9x112 but anything above 103 and I cannot read any CD's through my CDROM. If I put a CD in and it tries to autostart I get an error. If I try double clicking on the CD drive icon I get an error. If I explore the contents of the drive and try running a .exe from it I get an error. Everything else on the computer seems to work ok except for the CDROM. Could it be that my CDROM just won't handle the bus speed?

I cannot up the clock multiplier to 9.5 because it won't boot. I guess I should just be happy with 900 from a 600, huh?
