Last night I was using DVD Shrink for the first time to back up my DVD's and after it stopped for quite some time, I clicked the cancel button. It didn't cancel it and it started locking up my system. I waited a bit and then went to close Firefox at which time the whole system went BSOD and came up with a SMART failure.
What's going on here? Has anyone else had something like this happen to them?
I'm taking my HDD out to see the manufacturer and run their diag. I'll post more in a bit.
*edit* eh, i said to hell with it and sent it off to acer for them to deal with it. not my problem anymore...
