e GforceFX 5700 U

I just got a e-Gforce 5700 Ultra, by evga. My question is, i also got the game Call to Duty, and i would like you guys advice on what settings would i get the best results out of. And what drivers should i be running. you guys are the best at this, and this is why i ask

You should be able to crank pretty much everyone on COD up all the way, cept resolution which really depends on your monitor. Just crank it up till it starts slowing down, then back off a little. I like to keep my games at at LEAST 40 fps. Anything below that and it just *seems* to lag a bit more for me.
