E5200 not clocking very high, am I doing something wrong?

....srsly sell that e5200 and get a e7300 for another 20$
mines at 3.55ghz on the stock cooler with 1.293v 45c idle 60c load i could easly get 4ghz but im stuck here at 3.55 because of failure generic ram >.<
also in your BIOS in the main menu press CTRL+F1 and open M.I.T

Nah I don't want to bother with removing the Scythe and all that. So far I'm at 320X10 stable. I haven't bothered to up the multi yet because I want to keep working on that fsb. Once I max out I'll try an 11 or 12 multi. It's really just for fun because I rarely max out the CPU anyway.
