easy and safe cooling mod

ok, im a noob, but i noticed that my power supply and video card are making a lot of noise. i was wondering if theres anything easy and safe that i could do to reduce noise.

You can replace the fan in the power supply, but opening it voids the waranty. If its a cheap power supply, I wouldn't even bother, since you can get a decent one for under $50 that will be quiet without any modifications.

What video card do you have? There are a lot of after-market coolers. If you have an Ati card, you might be able to slow down the fan with just a program, such as Ati Tray Tools, but it might overheat.

now this is after i've been surfing the internet for 45 minutes.

For your video car you could also try using the zalman noiseless cooler. No fans just heat pipes and heat syncs. instal is prety self explantory try this link http://www.zalman.co.kr/

Your processor temps are pretty high, maybe your fans are reacting to all the heat

thanks, i'll see, but im on a budget, so if i get it, i'll get it later.
now i have 20$, but i make about 10-20$ an hour shovelling snow.
