I currently have access to both of these as i was building a comp for my teacher. I was wanting to make the DDR swap. Should i keep the IWILL with 256 SDR or should i use the ECS with 128 untill next week when i can get 256 more. i would apreciate your help

would someone shed some light on this subject. I dont overclock any and use this only to surf the net and play diablo 2. i also use it for my MP3 server, but thats it.

Use the ECS mainboard. It has the new DDR and Sdram slots for upgrading, The board is very stable and easy to configure for normal use...(not a overclocking board) I'm not to keen on Iwill. My opinion ofcourse. For a basic computer...it's great. I have built plenty of them with the ECS. :D

I've had my K7S5A for lamost 4months now. It's very stable.
If I were to buy another mobo and was not going to o/c, I would buy another one.
No experience w/ the other mobo you're asking about.
Beside, the ECS is very inexpensive.
