what does Efficiency mean for PSU's i am getting some new hardware (mobo, cpu, memory, case, fans) and was looking at this psu http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProdu...-104-968&catalog=58&manufactory=BROWSE&depa=1
and was wondering what Efficiency was on psu's.

so pretty much the wasted money on your electric bill?

what is a very good number besides 100% and what's a very low number?

Does it effect the actual output of the PSU? Because I know these Fortrons arevery good.

For most PS the efficiency number fall between 65% to 70%
