Enable hyper-threading on p4 2.0a?

I found out that my p4 mobo has hyper-threading ability, but it has been disabled since I bought it new.

How do I enable hyper-threading?

2.0a has hyperthreading ability, but it can not be enabled. Another forum tried many different way to enable hyperthreading, but they never got it to work.
To enable the mobo to get Hyperthreading, you need to update to the newest bios, but it still work not work since your cpu won't do hyperthreading.

there was a chip a few years ago that had the same kind of option i forgot what it was called but you could unclock somthing. kinda like when the floppys came out and u modded the disk to make it seem like a 1.44
