Enermax 431w Help please

I have a problem with my enermax power supply I need help with.It has two fans one in the bottom to suck air up and one in the back to blow it out,but for some reason the one in the back does not come on,By the way it's a whisper I don't know if that has anything to do with it but i want this fan to run. Plz help Thanks guy's

your PSU fan is temp controled with a thermal probe, so if your case temp isn't high enough, the fan won't run at full speed or turn on at all. if you want the fan at full speed, just cut off the thermal probe and wire the ends together
