enermax case fan ?

only problem is i need it to be the full rpms all the time.. is there a way to get rid or bypass the temp sensor?

Yeah. I had a couple of Nidec Beta SL's that had temp sensors on. If you want to do it quick, just solder a piece of wire across the temp sensor. That will short it out, and because the sensors on a fan are NTC (negative temperature coefficient) they get lower resistance the hotter they get. Therefore, your fan will think it's way hot and spin as fast as it can (if it's a dead short). You can also faff about with variable resistors and measure the point at which turning the resistor up doesn't make the fan spin faster, and then put a resistor in place of that value. I just left a variable resistor on mine.

so cut off the end of it.. (the little green thing) and then solder the 2 wires together?
