Enermax Fan w/variable speed

Hi, I have a few of the Enermax fans that have the thermal probe that adjust the fan speed depending on the temp of the case.. is there any way I can get them just to run full speed??
Any Ideas are appreciated..

Just take out the thermal probe and wire the ends together. problem solved.
