EP-PT11(Intel) Motherboard w/ AMD333 Upgrade Chip. Can I OC this thing?

Hi, I am new to this, but am learning. Are there jummper settings on the motherboard that I need to change to make a processor chip overclock? Do I make the changes in the BIOS? Or Both? I have read the various articles on this site, but it is always about changing "the settings", but are these software settings, hardware settings, or both?
