Epox 8K7A memory settings

Could someone please explain the memory settings available in the 8K7A bios?? I'm familiar with CAS latency (222 and all), but this bios has like 7 settings. I'd appreciate your help, since I'll be setting up this board this weekend (6/30). Using 512mb of Crucial PC2100 DDR, by the way.

BTW, the manual is of no help in this area (but not bad in overall, contrary to what I'd read).

I *think* the fastest timing is 8-8-6-2-2-2-2 which is cas-2 along with other things I don't have a clue about. Those settings seem to give the highest Sandra memory scores. My Crucial PC2100 does 150 Mhz easily at these settings.
