has anyone had any experiences with this board? how well does it overclock?....how stable is it...thanks for your help...

Very overclockable upto about 155Mhz FSB.
Very stable.
BUT, not as stable as the EPoX DDR boards which are streets ahead of anything provided that you use the correct power supply.
