Uhh - that link was for the 8KTA+ (the KT133A board) not the 8K7A+ (the AMD 761 board)... hope you didn't order the wrong board...

You can't. Or at least I couldn't find it anywhere.

I'm tired of depending on having to get a raid motherboard for raid, so I got the 8K7A at newegg for $130 and also got a Promise FastTrak 100TX2 Raid controller card for $75 to go with it.

More flexibility in future MB choices.

yea i ordered it but then i caught the mistake and called and changed my order. got the non raid version at newegg and a pci raid card to go with it now its been found at www.tigerdirect.com err

You're better off. Tiger Direct has a Resellers Rating of 2.9 out of 7 - the pits. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Tigerdirect's reseller rating may suck, but all i gotta say to that is "have you ordered from them?" I am guessing no. Well I ordered an 8k7a+ YESTERDAY and it arrived TODAY. Not bad for such a low rating, and I only paid 8 bucks for shipping (although they ripped me a new azz 179.99). Now my 512mb from crucial will be here on Monday, which is being shipped 2nd day air as well.


ps. When I ordered the board yesterday the sales person told me they only had 38 left.... : )

It's not the ordering that's usually the problem with places with the low ratings - it's when you need to return items that it gets ugly.
