Dear forumer...

Every time I switch on my laptop I get a message; Unable to create the temporary folder. Error:123- the filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect. It happened several times as I installed few softwares but I somehow managed to overcome it. Now, when I try to start Aftereffect I get the same message: error:123- etc, than another message: aftereffect error: finding preferences folder- no such directory. It might be worth mentioning that my laptop was recently saved from terrible accident (beer all over) and I just reinstalled Window. If anyone can think of what can be causing this problem I'll be very grateful for suggestion... I would hate wasting another two days reinstalling Windows and all the softwares...

Many thanks
