ESP system service launcher Error

My Firend is getting this ESP system service launcher error, it will pop and say it needs to close. Then shuts off her internet. She is on high speed,

She wrote to me:

"This only started when we bought the security system from bigpond, which is my service provider."


Any ideas?

Have your friend contact her ISP regarding the error and their security software.

She said she did, I guess they told her they know nothing about it.

I wish ISP providers would hire people who know what they were doing, because I am sure thats the problem.

I had her download somthing, I need to find it again, and that did not work.

I am going to have her download a cleaning program, hoping it will do the trick. I read some were it could spy ware.

But if anyone else has any ideas pelease let me know.
