Experience with AOpen AX37 Plus?

Just wondering if anyone in here has had any experience with the AOpen AX37+. I saw one on ebay and liked the specs so I ordered it ($60+shipping):

VIA Apollo Pro 266 chipset
up to 248 FSB (if I read it right)
1.3 - 3.5V VCore adjustment
RAID
DDR

Any ideas?
