It may be possible to raise the voltage without adjusting anything.
My Antec SL300 has an extra voltage sense wire for the +3.3V that goes to a place on the PC board labelled "+3.3VS," but near it was an empty hole labelled "+5VS," and after I ran a wire from it to one of the red wires on the mobo connector, my +5V rose from +5.02V to +5.06V, and this was with light loading, a 500 MHz K6=2, and it's possible that ther would be a bigger gain with a faster CPU. I didn't find any connections for +12V or ground.
