Just got a Orb today and after about 3 min of it running the fan stopped. When I turn it on now it doesn't do anything but if u kick start it a lil it will start spinning but very slow. Anyone know how or if its possible to fix this?

Preferrably, take it back and get another unit. Never trust a cooling solution that may fail at any time. You could try oiling the bearing, but I'd trust it less far than I could throw it. Replacing the fan or the unit is a better solution.

Well for the short time it ran it wasn't that bad. What exactly does it mean by the fan "popping out"?

try a new 3-4 pin adapter
or if your using a fan header on the motherboard get a 3-4 pin adapter or you could try another fan header.
sounds like the header is dead

What exactly is a fan header im new to all this? Other fans work fine on the connector on the motherboard if thats what your talking about. It just seems this fan doesn't move/seems like its not getting enough power to push itself.

A fan header is the white connection on the motherboard you connect the fan too. Now if I remember right, you said other fans work on that header. So I would presume that its the actual fan itself. I would return it as soon as you can. Some places are bad about returns/exchanges. So better to get it done now then find out later you cant. But thats my 2 coppers.

Alright i'll get a RMA from newegg and ask for an exchange. It also seems the fan touches the top grill when spinning so I presume its dead.
