Fan spd adjuster, do it yourself question

Hello everyone. I have a pair of 120mm fans cooling down a radiator in my computer. I thought of adding a rheastat to control their rotating speed. The question is: the rheastat has 3 naked ends and I am not sure which wires supposed to go where. If anyone knows the unswer to my question or has a link to a site with reveiw on this subject it would be greatly appreciated.
