I've got a slot Celeron 333 that I'm using as a server. I've got Folding on it, but idk if it's fast enough to turn in WUs in time.

Can anybody confirm?

It should just barely be fast enough... I think the minimum Mhz req. is 266Mhz.

SET IT TO PROTEINS!!

Before my work caught me using F@H on my work PCs I was getting about 1 WU done every 4-5 days. All my work PCs are SLOWER than yours. We had mostly 266Mhz and a few really old PIIs (Probably around the same speed) and all of them could fold and turn stuff in before the deadlines and that was with the Graphical client installed.

Might as well try to get some points before setting them to Genomes because Genomes are only worth 8-12 points or so.

I dunno, I had 2 pentium pro 200Mhz's with 256k cache overclocked to 233Mhz by multiplier that turned in all units with significant time to spare.

I think those earlier celery chips overclock really well. Have you tried overclocking it at all or can you?

I can. The board supports all the way up to 133 FSB. Right now, the Celly is running 5x66 or so.

I may try clocking it :)
