Which should be faster?

These are my fastest stable speeds on a p4 2.8c:
3.1 mhz, ram 220mhz (2-2-2-5)
3.2mhz, ram 330mhz (2-3-3-6)
3.45mhz, ram 196mhz (2-2-2-5)

Thanks

memory bandwidth is important but it is of secondary consideration to cpu speed. as a rule of thumb try to wind up the cpu as far as u can run it and then run your ram, as in your case either 1-1 or 5/4 depending on how fast it will go

Thanks.
I'm using Kingston HyperX DDR3200 (BH5?), so I have to run it at 5:4 (196mhz) when the CPU is at 245fsb.
But it is running at good timings 2-2-2-5, so I guess that makes up for the 4 mhz I am losing?

My ram will run at 230mhz at 2-3-3-6.
If it will run at 247mhz, say at 2.5-3-3-6 or woild it be better to run the 196mhz 2-2-2-5 that I am running now?

Thanks
