fat32 to ntfs problem

hi i just converted my c drive from fat 32 to ntfs.. im running xp pro, and now everything seems to be a lot slower loading up (if i open a folder it seems to take 10 times longer) any solutions why this happens , do i need to run frag disc.. etc etc etc .. thanxs a lot

did you just upgrade to Pro from another Os? (Xp pro is a resource hog)When I first installed Pro, my computer was laggy until I shut off some services.Have you tried that?
