Can you just state your favorite motherboard company for intel (e.g. gigabyte, msi...)

this is for a 800FSB processor

EDIT: i was also wondering if its a bad idea to get it since this tech "just" came out... not because of price, but bugs... is this a problem, my research has come up with mixed answers

Currently I am looking a Gigabyte, anyone have comments on them?

I think that Abit makes the best overclocking motherboards. Some folks are having a problem going above 275MHz FSB with the IC7 and P4Cs though. I just read a review of a new Chaintech Canterwood board that has major overclokcing potential. I think that would be the way to go, but I can't find it for sale anywhere. I will wait for it, but not too long.

i was looking at the new gigabyte board, it seems to have got good reviews, anyone have one and can back them up?

I am a MSI fan. They don't give you as much in overclocking, but they give you a fantastic value for the price with a lot of extra bonuses built in!

for 800FSB i have had a lot of suggestions for the IC7-G, which is what i'm going to go with for my new comp.

i'm all for the asus p4c800 :)

i've used a couple asus boards and i have never had a problem with one of them... i think for some, it just depends on the features they have that you want.
