I get a very low volume feedback noise when I sometimes press keys and scroll on a website. I cant really hear it when I use my speakers, but it might be there. I can really hear it though on my headphones.

It doesnt happen all the time and its not really annoying, Im just wondering what it is.

thanks!

answer the question above and one more...

Are you using onboard sound or a sound card?

because if you are using onboard sound it is not uncommon to hear these interferences you speak of, i had the same prob, actually alot worse on my Abit IC7-G's onboard audio so i stuck in a sound card and it fixed all the probs.

Answer those questions, and one more again:

Are the headphones you use connected through USB?

That's a common problem with a great number of USB sets, sometimes solved by simply changing to a different USB slot.

I suggest you open up your Volume Control tab, and Mute all of the inputs you aren't using, such as PC Speaker, Aux, Line In, Mic, etc. This has solved problems for me in the past, especially the noise you get when you scroll your wheel of your mouse.

Everything is wired. Keyboard, mouse, and headphones/speakers.

I use onboard sound.

My headphones are connected through a jack in the center channel of my speakers (so the sound comes through my speakers then to my headphones).

I dont know if ill go as far as muting all my sounds. It's not that much of a nuisance really. I just wanted to know if it was a common thing

Thanks for the input guys!
