have u found a fan controller yet?

that case looks really nice so id go for the Lian Li 3,5 " TR-3A - silver.here (sorry coulnd find it in us online stores

clue is u get 3 temp sensors and 3 fan controls and then can set the temp ranges so it controls the fan automatically

here is a 6 fan controller. i have that one and it works good. (only small drawback: might not look so nice with that silver case ^^. i like it because u have 4 controls from low to high and 2 with just 5V /12V /off. )

The TR-3 isn't really a controller. It just monitors the hardware. You can't adjust the fan speed with it.

It's looking good. You're gonna have to get creative with those cables to make them nice and clean.
